Monday-Friday 7:15am-5:00pm (Availability to work before and after scheduled time to meet client needs)

Starting at $19 (Based on Experience)

Requirements

• Multi-tasking a must
• Ensure all patients receive efficient and compassionate customer service
• Passion for healthcare
• Must ensure compliance with all HIPPA regulations
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Medical Office, other Healthcare Environment, or extensive Office management experience
• Familiar with processing Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payer systems
• Experience registering and creating records for new patients’ information
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert knowledge of computer applications: word processing, medical office management and spreadsheet
• Ability to accurately record and transmit detailed information
• Some Travel Required
