As a Moh's Tec / Medical Assistant, you are a part of a collaborative team scribing for, assisting and supporting our Moh's Surgeon. You ensure that all patients receive high quality, efficient, and comprehensive care. You demonstrate consistent adherence to the practice’s standards and procedures. You assist providers during medical and cosmetic procedures. You are an integral part of helping to communicate with and educate patients.

This is an on-site position at our Chicago/Oak Park and/or Bourbonnais dermatology practice. We are open to candidates who can only assist at one location or the other.

Compensation range is competitive.

Schedule: We have a Moh's surgeon on Monday's. We are looking for someone who can work most Mondays.

Preferred: EMR experience ( ModMed (Ema), CPR / BLS & Bloodborne Pathogen certification, and previous scribing and clinical experience.

Along with basic typing, computer, English, and mathematical skills, you have an appropriate sense of discretion in dealing with varied and difficult situations; ensure compliance with all HIPPPA regulations; and, able to communicate effectively with providers, patients, co-workers, and vendors.
