Position Overview:
Provide Mohs surgery services for a growing patient base in Louisville, KY. This position offers an opportunity to join a thriving dermatology practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care and positively impacting patients’ lives.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform Mohs surgery services for patients requiring skin cancer treatment.
• Establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and healthcare personnel, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
• Record patient health history and treatment details in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of a medical degree, dermatology residency, and board certification.
• Fellowship training in Mohs surgery.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate in good standing.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the United States.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, physicians, and community representatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
