Patient Service Representative – Dermatology Office (LaGrange, KY)

Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)

VitalSkin Dermatology is hiring a Patient Service Representative to be the one of the welcoming faces of our LaGrange office. You will support our providers and patients by keeping front desk operations smooth, efficient, and friendly.

What You will do!

• Greet patients and deliver outstanding customer service
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance
• Process prior authorizations and collect payments
• Register new patients and assist with forms
• Answer phones, manage reminders, and resolve issues
• Keep records accurate and the reception area tidy

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service experience (medical front office & dermatology experience preferred)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays
