Two (2) years’ experience in skincare product and/or retail sales is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. General knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, computer use, general office equipment is required, along with strong writing and oral communication skills.

• Consult and educate on the appropriate skincare regimens for each patient, based on the recommendations of the providers and coordinating treatment plans.
• Ensure patient satisfaction with their products and understanding of use.
• Confirm patient has all proper skincare instructions and that all questions have been answered. Complete store transactions as well as web transactions correctly, efficiently, and timely.
• Communicate with Providers and management by being a resourceful liaison for the patient. Understand and uphold the practice’s high standards of excellence by abiding to policies stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Ensure that each function is to be performed in accordance with government, company, and practice’s policies and procedures.

It is located in the newly retrofitted Elston Corridor in the Bucktown neighborhood, at 1765 N. Elston Avenue. We are close to public transportation (Blue and Brown Lines) and near the busy Lincoln Park and Wicker Park Neighborhoods.
