Patient Service Representative | Supports Creve Coeur & Des Peres

VitalSkin Dermatology is a fast-growing network of practices across the Midwest, dedicated to delivering exceptional, efficient, comprehensive patient care. We are looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our front office team and support both our Creve Coeur and Des Peres locations. In this role, you will be the face of the practice, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in/out patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Processing prior authorizations and verifying insurance eligibility
• Registering new patients and updating records
• Collecting payments and documenting financial transactions
• Maintaining accurate demographic and appointment data
• Supporting daily administrative operations

Full-Time, On-Site | Comp: $19-$21 / hour (based on experience)

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with third-party payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance)
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office proficiency)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
